There is hereby established a swimming pool for the city to be known as the Baldwin City Swimming Pool.

The swimming pool may be operated and managed by one of the following methods at the election of the governing body:

(a)      Managed by a pool manager under the supervision of the governing body;

(b)     Leased to a qualified individual under terms and conditions approved by the governing body;

(c)      Operated by city employees.

The pool will be operated in accordance with the rules and regulations concerning health and safety of swimmers, devised, posted and enforced by the pool manager. Persons who fail or refuse to abide by such rules shall, after warning, be excluded from use of the pool.
